We know how much you care about the happiness and well-being of your four-legged pet! Therefore, AKROPOLIS is from now on a shopping and entertainment centre not only for you, but also for your pets!
To make every visit pleasant and safe, a few simple rules apply:
🏠 Let's travel together: a dog or a cat can now travel with you to SC AKROPOLIS Kaunas. Pets are allowed inside AKROPOLIS only with visitors over 16 years old.
🚸 Pets are welcome in all common areas, such as the alleys and recreation areas of the shopping centre. To enter certain shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, etc. with your pet, look for the special green "paw" markings at the entrance or ask the staff.
🐶 Safe environment: when leading or walking a four-legged family member, be sure to use a leash or a carrier, and the use of a muzzle is mandatory for dangerous and fighting dogs and their crossbreeds (as defined by current legislation). The leash cannot be than 1 metre long.
🧹 Hygiene: collect and clean your pet's excrement in accordance with hygiene rules. Please encourage your pet to express its opinion softly into your ear rather than out loud while in an AKROPOLIS shopping centre.
🛒 Lifts and escalators: before using the lift, ask other visitors whether they don’t mind your four-legged friend; and when using the lifts and travelators you must hold your pet in your arms.
🐾 Responsibility: Make sure your pet behaves in a friendly manner: you are responsible for its safety and its behaviour. Do not leave your pet unattended in the common spaces and territory of an AKROPOLIS shopping centre, except for special areas provided for this purpose.
