Important! When obtaining an Akropolis Gift Card, you confirm that you are familiar with the rules of use for Akropolis Gift Cards.

Telephone consultants are available 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays.

After ordering an Akropolis Gift Card on-line, you can collect it:

• by email: a fee of € 0.89 is charged for one electronic gift card (PDF format) for one basket of purchases;
• pick-up: at the s/c Akropolis Vilnius INFORMATION desk (10:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. Monday to Sunday);
• pick-up: at the s/c Akropolis Klaipėda INFORMATION desk (09:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. Monday to Sunday);
• pick-up: at the s/c Akropolis Šiauliai INFORMATION desk (09:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. Monday to Sunday);
• pick-up: at the „Gera dovana“ (“Good Present”) office at J. Jasinskio g. 16A, Vilnius (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday);
• pick-up: at Omniva automated post office, within 2–5 days, collection charge € 2.09;
• Delivery by DPD courier within 2–3 days:
  • delivery cost is € 3.80 for up to 80 gift cards;
  • delivery cost is € 5.80 for 81 or more gift cards.
• Delivery by Lietuvos paštas (Lithuania Post) DPD courier within 3–5 days:
  • delivery cost is € 2.00 when up to 9 gift cards are purchased;
  • delivery cost is € 3.00 when from 10 to 74 gift cards are purchased;
  • delivery cost is € 5.00 when from 75 to 158 gift cards are purchased;
  • delivery cost is € 6.00 when 159 or more gift cards are purchased.

Please be informed that all AKROPOLIS gift cards purchased in 2020 and 2021 have been automatically renewed free of charge and will be valid until 31 December 2022. Therefore you will not need to take any action to extend the validity period of your card.

We invite you, Dear Customers, to use these gift cards when shopping at the AKROPOLIS shopping and entertainment centres in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda ir Šiauliai. We remind you that the AKROPOLIS gift cards are for repeated use, i.e. they can be used several times for transactions in shops.

Examples. If your AKROPOLIS gift card was purchased on 01 June 2020 and it was valid until 01 December 2020 (for 6 months) – its validity is extended automatically until 31 December 2022. Or if your AKROPOLIS gift was purchased on 01 December 2021 and it was valid until 01 June 2022 (for 6 months) – its validity is extended automatically until 31 December 2022.

The usual AKROPOLIS gift card rules apply to cards purchased before 01 January 2020 and after 01 January 2022.
